Rob found his way into electronic sounds in 1994 and from 1999 has been surfing
the vinyl grooves, first with a style of House music closer to the English and the American
sounds and nowadays adopting the hypnotic sounds and evocative rhythms
from the most subtle Progressive House along with some flashes from Electro,
naked Break-Beat and the most authentic Tech-House.
In 2001, he started a venture as a founding member and co-owner of the Play Electrik Club>,
one of the bars that gambled strongest on the development of an electronic scene in Vigo.
The venture, risky as well as innovative, ended in 2003, but still left a trace of his brave
philosophy: the gamble, almost unknown in the city, on Drum&Bass and music far from
the most fashionable dance scene taking on the challenge of the creation of a real
club culture –programs such as Play Culture>- or the promotion of external events like the
“San Xoan Party” on the beaches: in “A Fonte” –Vigo- together with Vademecwm club
and in “Patos” –Nigrán.
He acts as a Free-Lance and takes his excellent selection in his own perfectly expressed
technique and with a thorough background in the structure of his sessions.
Nowadays, he´s producing with Dr.Avalance for their label Play Electrik Club >
